Shipping and Return Policy

Delivery : Delivery of units ordered is approximately 4 weeks from order date.

Price : The unit price of $99 for Development Kits, does not include shipping costs and any taxes and duties that the country of destination may require. Any taxes and duties required by the country of the customer will be for the customer to settle directly with their Customs Bureau. Price for Mass Production Units maybe inquired by emailing sales@ionics-ems.com.

Return Policy : Within 3 days after buyer receives the unit, a replacement will be sent for any unit found to be functionally defective
